Success with social media begins with planning. In this workshop, small groups will develop a strategic plan for a social media campaign, exploring the essential elements that lead to successful outcomes.
Michael has more than 30 years experience in consulting education institutions. He has led institution-wide web strategies; provided consulting on social media strategy and tactics; and consulted on institutional marketing, branding, and advancement challenges. He is the president and founder of mStoner, where he develops web communications strategies and designs and builds websites for education institutions with his team.
Roger is Head of Web & Information Management at the University of Zurich and had a key role in setting up the institution’s social media presence. Together with his team, he launched several channels in a one-year pilot project in late 2011. Many months later, the presence is well established and an important part of UZH’s outreach.
